The Vazquez Foundation is dedicated to empowering aspiring real estate professionals by providing essential resources, scholarships, and mentorship. Our mission is to remove financial barriers and create opportunities for those passionate about pursuing careers in real estate finance, development, and construction.
In partnership with the USC Ross School of Business, we offer scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students, enabling them to gain access to world-class education and industry-specific training. We believe that by investing in the education and development of talented individuals, we can build a more inclusive and diverse real estate community—one that paves the way for generational wealth.
Application Process
