The Vazquez Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering aspiring real estate professionals through scholarships, mentorship, and educational resources. We focus on supporting students pursuing careers in real estate finance, development, and construction.
To apply for a scholarship, simply visit our website and complete the online application form. You will need to submit your résumé, proof of enrollment, GPA, and a two-page letter detailing your financial hardship and why you’re interested in real estate.
Our scholarships are open to students currently enrolled in higher education (college undergraduate or higher) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicants must demonstrate an interest in real estate finance, development, or construction and submit a letter detailing their financial hardship.
We award a limited number of scholarships each year. Typically, we offer five scholarships annually, but this number may vary depending on available funding.
Each scholarship offers a $500 award to help alleviate tuition and educational expenses.
The scholarship application opens in the spring and the deadline for submissions is May 15th. Make sure to submit your application before the deadline to be considered for the scholarship.
Yes, you can apply for more than one scholarship, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements for each program. However, you will need to submit separate applications for each scholarship.
All applicants will be notified by email regarding the status of their application. Scholarships are typically awarded by June 1st.
At this time, our scholarships are primarily available to students enrolled in U.S.-based higher education institutions. However, we are working to expand opportunities for international students in the future.
